The unique à la carte menu involves a majority of traditional dishes with an amusing twist. In the start, you will be gratified by fresh oysters, either natural or with tabasco, lime wedges and fresh herbs, or the fat and juicy steamed mussels served in the garlic, white wine, cherry tomatoes and toasted bread. For adding some freshness to the experience, order fresh spaghetti with slow-cooked cuttlefish or pasta with braised pork and Maltese sausage ragu and cream.
By choice, you can also get fantastic fresh fish from the display to be cooked to your liking. You can order the add-on from choices like the veal cutlets in a pistachio and mature cheddar cheese crust. The serving is done with potatoes of your choice and seasoned vegetables.
