Set in a traditional two-story Maltese townhouse in the lap of Naxxar, the Cellini Restaurant offers an atmospheric voyage into the ancient priest times. The attractive parish church, inscribed with the Naxxar motto stating ‘Prior Credidi’ (first converts of St. Paul) is an element that takes you back to history.

You may choose to dine at al fresco or inside. Dark wooden flared furniture with crystal chandeliers and original Maltese floor tiles creating a spectacular atmosphere to dine in.

The menus are categorized into two sections. The one is for local and other for foreigners. The mouthwatering and succulent dishes include platters for sharing as well as a trio of fresh bruschetta, prawns in tempura served with rucola and sweet chill sauce and calamari fritti.

The pasta dishes are served with a great selection of toppings and ingredients. Grilled duck breast finished in rich orange and honey sauce is one of these topping and ingredients. In addition, there is the slow-cooked rabbit stew in garlic, carrots, peas, potatoes and chef’s special sauce.

Impressive desserts are on the charts with homemade recipes. The wine list is huge and offers local European as well as New World Wines.
