Tucked away from the city life in the far corner of the lobby of five stars Radisson hotel, the Le Bistro produces the gateway to a rustic eatery. The identity of this place can be judged from the elements it features. Out of which, most prominent are oversized rural motif wallpaper, lavish chandelier, hanging brass kitchen utensils, soft lighting, and Venetian blinds. The theme is clearly visible here ‘farm to form’. The brass polished bar is the place for so many unpretentious wines.

A single sheet of menu compactly highlights the recommended dishes of Le Bistro. Yes, you don’t need to scratch your head here looking for options. Choices like Calabrese flatbread, Roma tomatoes, gorgonzola melt and kalamata olives are cool inclusions. Especially when it comes to the ceviche of wild seabass topped with grapefruit flesh, habanero chilies, and fresh mint are all good choices. Further, enjoy a full-bodied Lamuri D’Almerita accompanied by the innovative crunchy parmesan breaded veal loin with radish, sun blushed tomatoes and fresh herb salsa.

If you have a different taste, chose from these traditional dishes. Like skewered lamb koftas with Cajun couscous, roasted almonds and dried apricots with drizzled Greek yogurt. In addition, grilled baby swordfish with black olives, red onion, caper berries and basil oil are made in-house.
