The interiors complement flawlessly with the service offered here. Elements of brass have been carved very nicely and with the fine spotless wooden finish. Even the bathrooms are created with delightful vintage-styled plumbing and unpolished tiles. In a nutshell, Brass & Knuckle is a chic take on a high-end butcher shop and an unfussy dine-in experience.

The dishes have to be consumed fresh. These include cuts of French Charolais, Scottish Aberdeen Angus, 28-days-aged rib-eye, and wagyu Kobe. The popular recommendation is to start with the delicious pool of starters, like the selection of cold cuts and cheeses from the display and accompanied by fresh bread, Galletti, bigilla and olive oil or savor the delicate pan-seared foie gras with brioche toast and poached pear purée.

The cuts of meats here remain the showstopper amongst the main course. The aged rib-eye is specifically prepared to lose 25% of its weight allowing the taste to be more delicate and tender. The sides like Brass & Knuckle’s signature truffle fries, this Marbley and succulent delight here show no shortage of exclusiveness.
