It centuries old place and serve today as a venue for celebrations going down the history lane. The panorama views are exchillarating. Grand Harbour and Birgu City pays tribute to majestic sunsets here along with exquisite displays of fireworks and illuminated cities. The symbols of ancient times could be seen here with 16th century fortifications which is also a tentative UNESCO World Heritage site. Each brick and wall tells the story of the past as the décor is enhanced by elegant surroundings.
The multi-award winning kitchen matches up to the grandeur of the place. The elite kitchen staff is led by Chef de Cuisine Andrea Marchetti. Directed by a 21 -time award winning Chef and restauranteur Chris Hammett, the venue offers a fine and classy menu. The Canapés are created in the house with the help of finest local and seasonal produce constructed with superior and unblemished detail. The capacity here is 1000 persons at the reception and 200 seated covers.
