The Chef David Vella’s flavors are easily visible in the mouth amusing culinary acts of the restaurants. Initiate with chilled, charred watermelon and beetroot soup, an aged parmesan panna cotta with air-dried parma ham and grilled cantaloupe, or pasta stuffed with aubergine. Even after the starters, you are still on the entryway to unforgettable dinner.
