Located prominently over a lovingly restored early 18th century villa on the tip of Balluta Bay, the Barracuda restaurant is Malta’s longest established restaurant. The polished glass adds to the grace alogn with silverware soft lighting. When you move your eyes towards the class décor, you can observe the attention given to each detail. The outdoor seating on terrace is a stone throw distance away from the waters and hence make for a perfect romantic dining experience. Only the freshest ingredients are used to create each and every dish at the Barracuda. When here, don’t forget trying seafood, fresh fish and shell fish all perfectly cooked to your needs. Try the platter with the selection from chef’s personal choices including cooked and raw fish and seafood items.
The main course includes milk fed veal tenderloin sauteed in brown butter and served with truffle hollandaise or the chef’s signature bouillabaisse.
The offerings like lavender infused crème brûlée is a must have before signing off the special evening.
