Only a few places can evenly match the welcoming nature of The Boathouse Lounge. It is the latest venue in The Westin Dragonara Resort’s food and beverage section. Set in a secluded section on water’ edge, the lounge is crafted within the original boathouse. However, the interiors make you feel like you are in a lavish surrounding. The architectural structure dates back to 19th century and was the birthing place of the luxury yacht of the Marquis Scicluna.

The blend of setting and decor here makes this venue ideal for a relaxing and unwinding session with a bottle of fine wine. You may also order from a selection of tapas created by Chef Jonathan Vella himself.

The Boathouse Lounge, Wine & Tapas will re-open in June 2017.

Opening Hours:

Sunday to Thursday: 19.00hrs – 23.00hrs (last orders)

Friday and Saturday: 19.00hrs – 24.00hrs (last orders)

The entire venue is divided into two dining section and bistro lounge area. Tables in dining section are reserved and lounge area offers seating for those who like to wet their mouth with wines and champagne.

Since dining tables are limited in numbers, it is best to book your seat in advance. For lounge area, however, no prior booking is necessary.

It is important to note here that that entrance to The Boathouse Lounge is restricted to guests over 12 years. Entrance to The Boathouse Lounge is through Palio’s Restaurant, which is located on the road leading to the Dragonara Casino.
