When you reach the stone steps of Don Berto, you will be greeted with a balustraded balcony where you won’t be able to control but start dining right away. During summer, you can meal on under sombrero shades while in warmer months; you get to experience the magnificent views of historic Sanglea and Vittorioso marina. Gazelle-like perched lamps provide an individual union of the worn stone exterior. Plush seats welcome you inside with deluxe sofas that allow you to enjoy your dining or sip an aperitivo.
The menu at Don Berto caters to every genre, taste and flavor. Fish and meat varieties are abundant while there is no shortage of variety of pasta, pizzas and salads. For sharing lovers, Don Berto’s antipasto, featuring a selection of cured meats, international cheeses, nuts, fruits, grissini and dips, is a plentiful choice.
Other exclusive food items include Scottish salmon with crispy greens, crumbled stilton, cherry tomatoes, walnuts and peaches makes a light, refreshing salad. Main courses are festooned with the likes of Jack’s tender pork loin ribs glazed with bbq sauce, or chargrilled boneless chicken thighs marinated in peri peri sauce and served with house slaw. You can also order the all time famous Black angus ribeye which is chargrilled to your liking.
