Pasta dishes variety comprises of pappardelle ai Funghi porcini which is a favorite with many, but the ricotta ravioli, the spaghetti dishes, and the gnocchi Tricolore are equal competitors.  Main dishes are beef paillard, chicken fish, and veal steak.
