Varied Maltese appetizers open up the doorway to delicious meal time with homemade fresh bean pâté and sun-dried tomatoes. Lobster bisque, fresh oysters, grilled scallops served in a homemade garlic and chilli butter or try bebbux, local snails in fresh herbs and finished in garlic and white wine are the show stoppers starters here.
