Tucked at Għadira Bay, The Munchies continue to be fully booked almost every evening and day during weekend. The restaurant is perched right over the sea. One can easily admire the sea spray of air while sitting at the tables placed besides long windows. The service of meals is augmented by the cozy surroundings of fireplace.
During summer, one can enjoy the cool sea breeze. When it comes to the interior, the décor cannot go unnoticed with modern with white walls, parquet flooring, dim lights and candles on each table. For outside lovers, there is a separate outdoor dining area. The restaurant also houses a separate restaurant downstairs with its own open plan kitchen.

The Menu

Munchies bestow a vast and varied menu not to mention weekend specials. And what’s more? All dishes are complimented with assorted wines and cocktails. Among starters, the calamari fritti and is a sure go! In main course, the prime cut of angus rib-eye steak is cooked to your specifications. You may also try the grilled beef tomahawk perfect for couple. If you wish to have something a little more casual, you can try famous Munchies’ burger topped with their chef’s special onion marinade. The burger is served with salad and fries. Platters and pizzas are also included in the menu here. Among desserts, you must try their chocolate fondant. The delicious dishes plated on white crockery acts as a cherry on the cake.
