“The restaurant of the Patrick is favorite for all seasons. Formerly known as it-Tmun Victoria, this is the result of the hard work of amiable chef patron Patrick Buttigieg. The essentials that make up the quality of this restaurant are fabulous food, fine ranging wines, awesome decor, intimate atmosphere and personalized service.

The achievement of the restaurant comes from the awards throughout recent years. The place is more like a winery where Patrick likes to source fine and vintage fines. The only difference is that every wine is available to taste. The list is organized delicately with grape and terroir, old and new, not to mention the favorite of Patrick-the Syrah/Shiraz variety. Though the wines are fine companion with the meal, they can be taken solely over a quick chat in the adjacent stylish bar.

The decor here is no short of amazing. The true intelligent use of space is formulated with an intimate sense of warm blues, cream and white linen. hanging drapes show classiness creating bescope romantic ambiance in the place. Large areas are also available for private ffunctions. The small terrace provides al fresco dining and is usually the premium choice for smokers.

The menu

As with a reputed restaurant, the menu is changing on season basis. Daily excitement starts with freshest produce from local markets. Some choices are House Smoked Barbary Duck Breast to Deep Fried Salt and Pepper Squid for starters or Tmun’s Classic Peppered Fillet of Beef New Zealand Prime Steer to Grilled Mediterranean King Prawns for mains. Healthy choices of original pastas and heart-warming soups are also on offer.

Lip-smacking items include desserts like Creme Brulee, Chocolate Fudge cake and many more.
