The secret ingredient of the meal here is the long detailed process through which dough is made, as explained by chef himself. It blends four different types of flour and the lievito madre which is a natural leavening agent derived from a starter. After this the dough is set to rise in warm temperatures. Thereafter the dough is left to rise a second time. As a result of such hard work, a fine thin crunchy base of pizza is prepared that can be later topped with authentic delectable ingredients.
