SALT Kitchen & Lounge-A family owned restaurant that provides you a feeling of eating at home with extreme care and love. Here you will meet uncle, aunty, and cousin in front of the house and greeted by their nephew Issac Saliba who is also the Head chef. The Saliba family opened the doors of their restaurant in April 2015. Since then, haven’t looked back.

The music being played here will submerge you in peace. The tables are well spaced and give the feeling of privacy. Service is warm and professional. A small bar area is also available downstairs. The private dining or functioning area is purposefully built upstairs.

Issac Saliba has a chef background at the Hilton Malta and few other top international eating spots. His choice of dishes gives a flash of Mediterranean cuisine. Start of the appetite journey with the roasted organic portobello mushroom, a small variety of pasta, and carpaccio of Aberdeen Black Angus beef fillet.

Duet of Aberdeen Angus beef fillet and pressed short rib are a good delectable start to the main course. In addition, there is the fresh Argentinian Black Angus grass-fed ribeye, rose milk fed Dutch Peter’s Farm veal, daily fresh fish, or free-range chicken.

Pull off your meal beautifully with desserts like dark chocolate fondant. In addition, are the in-house ice creams and sorbets, or carrot and Valhrona white chocolate crème brulée.
