In the same way as Sciacca in St Julians, the Sciacca Grill in Valletta has also its focused aimed at the steakhouse tradition. Black leather upholstery and a combination of wenge and ash woodwork create the elements of modern décor. The graceful wines are delicately placed on the special glass enclosures.

The restaurant lets you experience the inspiring varieties of choice of cuts of meats from the counter display. You can also raise your eyebrows while observing the crackling flames that sear the juicy steak to perfection. If you seek a better dining event, a special chamber is there at the far end of the restaurant.

Furthermore, the menu includes a wide variety of fresh prime cuts of meat, homemade sausages, fish and seafood as seen from their display and lobster tank. The blackboard displays the daily list of specials. The meat cut selection include includes Australian waygu surloin, grass-fed ribeye cuts from Uruguay, Canada, and Australia. In addition, there is USDA prime ribeye plus Maltese and Sicilian sausage.

Smoked veggies accompany every main dish. The quality olive oil and warm, crunchy-crust bread are worth trying here.
