The Fork and Cork Resturant is the result of the hard work of the man behind it all-Chef Patron Carl Zahra. He won the Junior Chef of the Year award in 2009. Through his experience, he has driven the restaurant with creativity and innovation. Attention has been given to minute details of the décor and the interiors offering an inviting pretense for couples as well as families. Original scrapped limestone is used on the walls and lighting is made to make couples comfortable on a romantic getaway. The restaurant is built on a 19th century family estate. Terrace offers wonderful panoramic view of country side-yet another perfect spot for al fresco dining.
The restaurant produces a special menu customized by Carl himself with enticing à la carte menu. Keeping up with the changing needs of the tourists, the menu is changed seasonally and only gets better. Starting with the beef tongue carpaccio with hen’s egg, horseradish, cornichons and pepper cracker, you may move on to stuffed quail with mushrooms and smoked scamorza. Under the Mediteranean cuisine, you find offerings of fish du jour, beef rib-eye, poultry and game.
