Goztain culinary has many highlights and Tmun Mġarr is probably the most promising of all. Huddled up behind the fishing boats on Mġarr waterfront, the restaurant has modern and appealing interiors. The terrace offers views, aura, sounds, and smells of busy harbor life. The charm of the place resides in the fact that it offers together sweeping vistas views along with supreme quality food and service. This probably is the greatest reason behind the success of Tmun Mġarr.

The menu is managed by a renowned duo of husband Jane Buttiġieġ and wife Leli. Their son Paul is always adding inspiration and enthusiasm in the kitchen. The interesting menu will offer the following fish and seafood dishes like Tmun’s famous bouillabaisse for two people. In addition, you can have the pan seared hand-dived Scottish scallops with cauliflower purée, pancetta crisp, almonds and scallop roe powder.

Grilled suprême of local wild swordfish served with a rucola, orange and anchovy salad, laced with fresh herb oil are some of the other inclusions. Besides these specialties, meat and poultry dishes are also available.

After a fitting main course, you may choose from the extensive wine list available.

After your eating session is done, you may opt for trips to your destination from the ferry.
