Trabuxu offers quite original dining menu that keeps on changing quarterly. Start your appetite with gorgonzola and broad bean dip. Proceed with the light crunchy fritter of courgette and Maltese peppered sheep cheese with yogurt and coriander, or the boneless quail with Cajun spices, avocado, and crispy pancetta.

Amongst the popular main courses are creamy r risotto with mushrooms and Parma ham cooked to perfection, tender fresh fish of the day or the succulent calf’s liver on a swirl of butternut squash and coconut puree, topped with caramelized onion chunks. Enhance the dining experience with sides like the roast beetroot and aubergine cubes with hazelnuts. In addition, there is the dense pumpkin and parsnip mash with rosemary.
