The Zen restaurant enjoys a supreme reputation in food-seekers of the island. Its location is in the beautiful Portomaso residential, commercial and yacht marina complex. This was the first restaurant to introduce Japanese Cuisine in Malta.
Beyond the ordinary Sushi concept, Zen promises to offer a never had before Far Eastern experience. The menu (Download link is given above) offers a variety of Sashimi and Sushi. Specialties of main courses are abundant and complement the excellent service. The knowledgeable team of staff is always eager to help first-timers. The well-organized menu caters to guests in each and every aspect.
The Teppanyaki Room is another feature of this restaurant. In this part, the talented chef exhibits his knife skills in preparation and grilling techniques of Japanese food on a hot iron plate. The technique is Hibiachi and separates Japanese cuisine from the rest of the world.
